FDIC Transaction Account Guarantee Program

American Riviera Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program (TAG program). Under this program, which has been extended to December 31, 2010, all transaction accounts earning less than .50% APY on their funds are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. After June 30, 2010 interest received must be less than .25% APY.

Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
